With increased regulatory requirements it is becoming ever more important to destroy all documents that are not on a permanent retention schedule (see Records Retention Schedule). This includes office correspondence, tax records, invoices, purchase orders, visitor logs and employee training records.
Off-site shredding is the most convenient, cost-effective way to securely dispose of your documents and other paper waste. Our insured, uniformed drivers will pick up your paper waste, at scheduled intervals, to transport to our secure, high-capacity shredding facility at a lower cost than is possible for on-site destruction. We have a wide selection of consoles and containers to fit your needs.
Typically, a recycling program does not destroy the discarded documents, leaving them vulnerable to information theft. The US Supreme Court has ruled that documents placed in trash receptacles is public information.
No preparation of the paper waste is required. Bindings, paper clips, staples and other fasteners do not need to be removed.
No job is too large or too small. We do it all, from one box to an entire warehouse filled with documents.
